Has expanded store network by 47% to include twenty stores in five low-access neighborhoods.Leads FFH’s engagement with city and county food access and economic development policy priorities. Represents United Way of Central Ohio's food access work at public meetings and through membership in organizations such as the Franklin County Local Food Council. Participates in Ohio State's Food Mapping project, Mid-Ohio Foodbank's Integrated Response to Hunger, and other citywide food system planning efforts.Develops and maintains relationships with FFH's lead partners and funders to support the achievement of FFH’s programmatic and strategic goals. Leads efforts to identify FFH’s resource needs and to secure the financial and in-kind support necessary to carry out programmatic activities. To date has secured over $80,000 to support FFH's community-based activities. Manages productive relationships with Columbus Public Health, Franklin County Economic Development, and other contributing partners.Manages a team of FFH-affiliated personnel, including Senior Program Coordinator, interns, and volunteers, as well as activities of vendors and contracted partners. Manages the FFH budget and all other administrative program functions in compliance with grant and contract stipulations. Establishes annual benchmarks for programmatic success and measures program outcomes to ensure progress has been made in addressing the goals and objectives found in FFH’s strategic plan.

Projects leveraged over $60,000 in grant funding to support service at the university.Consulted with faculty and staff to create service-learning offerings for Ohio State students that met community needs and university goals, resulting in the creation of over 30 service-learning courses.Created and managed the Community Partner Workgroup, where local nonprofit agencies provided feedback to help shape higher-level Ohio State community engagement.
