CurrentIn my role as the SoCal Inside Sales Specialist, I bridge communication between cannabis retailers, distributors, and Key Account Managers to ensure seamless operations and account management. I spearhead customer success efforts, ensuring that our partners receive exceptional support throughout the sales process. My responsibilities also involve:-Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.-Helping our Brand Partner Nabis in product delivery logistics and overseeing service execution for our Southern California clients.-Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.-Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our market reach.-Utilizing CRM tools to track account progress, monitor key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.-Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to strengthen client relationships.
