I work as part of the Offender Health Performance and Metrics team, a newly recognized unit within the organization in which I collaborate closely with policy-facing colleagues to align project outcomes with evidence-based answers and solutions that meet stakeholder and public needs. The current project I work on was initiated by understanding the scope of work and long-term goals then developing a Theory of Change to identify necessary performance measures. I utilized strong communication and strategic thinking skills to iterate the Theory of Change collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. I also facilitated the selection of appropriate data sources for the project after creating a comprehensive data dictionary to manage various data sources relevant to the area, allowing us to efficiently use data for current and future initiatives. I am a qualified dispenser, having attained an NVQ 2 Pharmacy advisor, who works on the day to day management of the completion of the 'model day' within the pharmacy and the shop. I manage retail assistant duties which include tills, stock replenishment, and changing the layout of the store. Cisiv work in the niche market of the pharmaceutical software industry with various high-profile contract research organisations and pharmaceutical companies. The product, baseline plus, enables these companies to create a tailored research study with features that have been created specifically for late-phase research. As a study designer, I work with clients to gather the study requirements within our specifications so that they can be accurately reflected onto the product. This requires an eye for detail and communication with the client. I work closely with the developers to communicate any customisation work. I also work closely with the project managers to relay important information about deadlines and timelines to allow for the study to be delivered in a timely and efficient manner.During the end of my time at Cisiv I also took on the responsibility to work in the change management department as a Project Manager and handled change timelines, documentations and liaising.

I am currently working with my former dissertation supervisor on research in the novel area of fasting and impulsivity, which extends on the work that began during the dissertation in order to create a published research paper. My key responsibilities include conducting thorough searches of research journals to find any work similar to this novel area. I am required to recruit new participants. I will conduct data analysis to find trends in collected data.

I worked on a 12-week internship on the FastFutures programme with Avado. The programme has a focus on digital and why digital is important, marketing, mental health and more. I also had the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies such as the NHS, AstraZeneca and CGI! A one-to-one mentoring service was also provided, where participants were paired with an employee from one of the partner companies (e.g., Barclays) who provided career advice. One of the 6 modules included a team project where my team worked with Shell to design an ideal forecourt to accommodate their electrical vehicle customers. I learnt about finance, marketing and the digital world whilst developing skills such as time management and critical thinking.

During my placement I was recruited to find ways to assist the University with the transition to the new curriculum through academic research, feedback of the old curriculum and support in collating current ideas for the new one. Initially, I conducted literature reviews of previous work in pedagogic development to be able to enhance research in this field via primary, secondary and data collection tools. I then developed research protocols whilst applying for ethics and planning the project. After this, I carried out research to increase student satisfaction within the university, by interviewing and surveying students on their issues and raising these concerns. I also assisted educational training workshops by acting as the 'student mind' in the planning of the new curriculum for the Psychology (BSc) course, by providing insight as a current student. Finally, I developed assessment measures and evaluation tools for the ideas of lecturers.

During my short placement at this school, I supported teachers with lesson planning and preparation. I also helped teachers during class time by providing support with behavioural management and motivation specifically focusing on supporting SEN children.

I worked on two different projects; The opinion of people on the autism spectrum disorder about the lives they lead, and how scrolling text can impact the lives of those with hemianopic dyslexia.I worked more closely with the project on Hemianopia and I helped with all aspects of the project; background research, recruiting participants, data analysis, and writing the report. The results show that scrolling text improves the speed and accuracy of reading for people with hemianopic dyslexia
