Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to implement Cleverence’s inventory management software.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technology to optimize operations and increase efficiency for our clients.Ensure clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Developing a project plan ensuring tasks are planned, coordinated and delivered in compliant with the project’s objectives, scope of work, agreed specifications, timescales, milestones and risk. Managing RAID logs, tracking progress and managing change requests as appropriate.Developing communication strategy, implementing robust communication matrix to improve communication throughout project stages and to also allocate project resource efficiently for fast project decision making. Provide business change support, ensuring stakeholder management is well executed, user acceptance testing is completed and that the implementation of change is successfully managed.

Develop detailed project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.Ensure alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to achieve project goals.Use Agile or other project management methodologies to guide the team in efficient project execution.Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor their progress.Escalate issues when necessary and drive the resolution process to keep projects on target.Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that deliverables meet Fever’s high standards.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required scope and quality.
