Harold has extensive experience in product and service portfolio development and governance, most recently across BT's US&C geographic market unit and the Consumer Product Group industrial market unit. This includes identifying new trends and technologies in the marketplace, standard portfolio readiness for our clients and markets, working to define standard professional service offerings that complement standard portfolio offerings, and developing and launching CPG vertical initiatives utilizing the regional development and concept launch process developed by Harold and his team. Harold also oversees a prototype development capability to accelerate services to enhance and expand all portfolios. Prior to this position, Harold served as the US&C CTO and was an instrumental architect of the Project Hoyle Growth Plan. His work served as the basis for client targeting and coverage and the creation of professional service wraps for standard portfolio, which served as the model for BT Advise capability definitions. Prior to BT, Harold had been with INS since 1993 in a variety of roles spanning sales, marketing, and field operations. Prior to INS, Harold spent much of his career developing service programs and products at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).
