Two things set me apart from others in a very beneficial manner for both my employer and the customers to whom I provide service: My curiosity is insatiable and my ability to absorb and retain information regarding said curiosities is incomparable. My primary interests are technology and business. I am extremely adept at observation, particularly in the retail environment, and ascertaining which behaviors should be modified in conjunction with the ability to determine the best course of action to do so. I am very detail oriented. I have found that positive reinforcement is highly preferable to the alternative - it allows one to build rapport whilst simultaneously adjusting incorrect or inadequate tendencies. Logistics, systems, and operations are my forte. I see the big picture and I implement changes to increase efficiency. "If something ain't broke, don't fix it." I do not buy into this ideal - if I see a way to make something that works "adequately" better, faster, more efficient, I will. Perfection may be unattainable, that doesn't mean we should cease seeking it.
