As a certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience in working with nonprofit and governmental organizations, I have extensive knowledge of financial reporting requirements and compliance regulations specific to organizations in the public sector. I began my career as an accountant for a small public accounting firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and services. From there I transitioned to CLA in 2011, focusing exclusively on auditing, tax compliance and consulting services for nonprofit and governmental clients. In my role as a signing director, I have led engagements for organizations of all sizes and types, including foundations, associations, social service organizations, cities, counties, and various types of special districts. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing nonprofit and governmental organizations and am committed to helping them achieve their missions through sound financial management.
