Serves as technical advisor for assigned acquisitions to include evaluating and communicating offerors telecommunications proposals for existing and future technology. Analyzes and applies specialized communications methods and analytical techniques involving telecommunications systems (e.g.,systems compatibility, ASR circuits ordering with vendors, switches, distribution, satellitelinkages, and networking).
