• Conduct compliance assessments to include self-inspections to maintain compliance for organizational FCL, on an annual basis in accordance with government and company regulations.• Develop, implement, track, and update all annual security awareness trainings highlighted in 32 CFR 117 NISPOM to include SEAD3.• Created program and policy for the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) to include training• Track employee's security clearances and submit periodic investigations when needed while tracking clearance submissions through DISS and ensure individuals are enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE).• Submit fingerprints through Fieldprint into SWFT to support clearance approvals.• Process outgoing classified visit requests through DISS.• Brief and debrief incoming and outgoing cleared employees.• Maintain use and knowledge of government databases, i.e., DISS, NISS, NBIS, e-QIP/e-App.• Ensure contract security compliance with 31 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule, DoD Manual 5205.07, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254) and Program Classification Guides.• Monitor and report information regarding the security program and cleared personnel to required agencies.• Deliver periodic security briefings via preparation of newsletter and/or other relevant information.

AFSO/Network Manager Job Duties• Create all trainings, to include Insider threat Program, Foreign Travel, Annual Security Awareness trainings to maintain compliance using the NISPOM guidelines.• Create program and policy for the Insider Threat Program for current Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO).• Create Security policy for organizational compliance within the NISPOM and CMMC• Track employee’s security clearances and submit periodic investigations when needed while tracking clearance submissions through JPAS, and DISS. In Gardez:• Conducted daily missions to supply outlying Forward Operational Bases.• Responsible for weapons maintenance and communications.• Assigned as Truck Commander and verified that my team was prepared for missions at all times to include having all of the equipment ready before schedule and ensuring that everyone was present for all briefings prior to missions.In Kandahar:• Responsible for inventory of all equipment that was issued, to include weapons systems, communications, and transportation totaling 45,000,000 worth of assets.• Conducted daily missions to outlying Forward Operational Bases.• Responsible for ensuring that all communications equipment was operational prior to each mission, to include loading proper frequencies and troubleshooting issues that prevented members of my team from communicating.
