▣ Funciones CLAVE:- Liderar comunicaciones entre equipos NODE, socios, consultores y resto de stakeholders para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de proyectos durante el proceso de edificación (i.e.: diseño, ejecución, entrega, recepción y operación).- Realizar visitas semanales a obras en construcción.- Gestionar informes mensuales de avance de obras.- Representar a NODE en reuniones de obra, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones de diseño, ejecución y/o legalización requeridas para el desarrollo de activos.- Estudiar y verificar el cumplimiento de normativas sectoriales, PGOUM y CTE en propuestas de diseño preparadas por proyectistas.- Gestionar con proyectistas, contratistas y proveedores los riesgos de diseño, calidad, entrega y legalización identificados en proyectos.- Liderar y asegurar el desarrollo e implantación respectivamente, de los servicios de terceros contratados por NODE (e.g.: IRVE, operadores de restauración, gimnasios, internet, lavanderías).- Gestión interdepartamental de iniciativas de diseño (marketing, operaciones, finanzas, ventas) con resto de stakeholders externos.- Apoyar en la definición presupuestaria de equipamiento y servicios específicos (i.e.: gestión de residuos, seguridad, restauración) requeridos para la fase operativa de activos.- Coordinar la entrega de los proyectos al equipo de operaciones.- Velar por el cumplimiento de las prácticas de seguridad y salud implantadas in situ por parte del contratista general.- Liderar el seguimiento y cierre de actuaciones de control de calidad, commissioning, entrega y recepción de activos.- Estudiar y aprobar certificaciones de suministro y montaje de FF&E.

Hotel resort complex of 2 in 1 hotel; the first one, OCEAN VISTA AZUL, with over 470 rooms, distributed in 2 main buildings (3 storeys high each), 6 Bungalows and 15 Villas. The second one, IBEROSTAR BELLAVISTA, with over 930 rooms distributed in an 11 storey building, including commercial and recreational areas. Before my departure date, project´s financial performance reflected 5% savings of total budget.

Responsible for Housing Census▣ KEY functions:• Plan, organize, direct and control field teams responsible of collecting technical data necessary for property appraisal and cadastral registration.• Compile, enter and edit in the national registry system, geographic maps containing physical information such as surfaces, location, use, shape, boundaries, type and quality of constructions, etc.), legal information (identification of holders or owners: name, national identification number, address, etc.) and economic information (cadastral values of land and buildings, valuation criteria) necessary to formalize property rights at the national level.

Responsible for the Master Plan design, preliminary construction docs and approx. general budget for a hospitality prospect => Hotel-Escuela San Juan Bosco. This 4K sqm project was conceptualized under a sustainable construction system proposal implementing bamboo and bahareque construction techniques.
