1. Liaison with Mills officials for Stock positions and to arrange Scrap Intime for con-tinuous production flow. Meeting with Business Unit Head and Vice President for maintaining stock levels and further arrangements. 2• Liaison with Brokers to get competitive rates of Scraps from all over the word and world renown suppliers.3• Processing of all import documents PI, LC form, EIF, Insurance after issuance of Sales Contract and send them to bank, 4• Follow up with bank for LC drafts, their checking/vetting from Suppliers side and confirm to bank for LC establishment. 5• Strong Follow up with Suppliers for Intime shipment after LC issuance followed by Copy Documents. Making sure to have Original documents in banks before ETA of shipments.6• Prepare and maintain record of all import orders with shipping schedules and original documents DHL AWB references. 7• Sending documents to Custom Clearance and advise Clearing agent for Custom duties and Shipping line/Port Pay Order Details. Checking their demands as per Custom and shipping lines tariffs. Advise Finance department to arrange in time payments.8• Liaison with Clearing Agents and trasnporters, Negotiation with Trasnporters and to select suitable transporter with best rate and Intime deliveries to mills9• Arrangement of Shipment inspection by SGS Pvt Ltd either containerized or de-stuffed material at port.10• To deal with Bulk Shipments, Stevedores, for clearance and Intime arrangements of Goods clearance, loading and sending to mills. 11• Checking and processing of Clearing agents, Trasnporters and SGS Bills and to ar-range their in time payments.

1. Liaison with PPC (Production & Planning Control) department to acquire list of requirement.2. Prepare report on vendors offered price keeping in view unit prices, quality, quantity and shipment planning along with least transit time.3. To deal sampling of products in order to ensure quality products for smooth productions by preparing their proper check list and providing feedback to suppliers.

Good Knowledge of related SROs & Custom Tariff and Weboc (One Custom Paperless Goods Declaration System).6. Processing of Sales Contract, Import Orders in Pinnacle software.7. Proper feedback, follow up and updating regarding all imported consignments.8. Strong Liaison with suppliers, Bank Authorities and crew members concerning all internal issues, like correspondence, claims, reconciliations, transportation etc.
