* Part of new start up team at Brooks Vietnam to initiate the operations from the scratch and hire and build the team here to support company's strategic sourcing vision.• Actively manage and facilitate the development and commercialization of higher levels of technology on a seasonal basis• Work proactively with the design, development, commercialization and manufacturing teams• Mentor and support the development of team members in Asia• Act as an expert resource during the development/commercialization phase to identify and alleviate potential manufacturing, efficiency or costing concerns.• Serve as a consultant to all teams to make early recommendations on product construction techniques and tooling solutions.• Responsible for ‘design for manufacturing’ at the time of sample confirmation with accountability to a confirmed PFC for the sample size at RFC stage• Ensure consistency in materials, construction and production techniques that will provide superior fit/feel/ride and product integrity.• Hold regular meetings with cross functional teams and factory teams for establishing clear communications at all stages of the product creation cycle.• Project tracking and problem solving are integral parts of the job to ensure on time delivery of samples at all stages• Work closely with the QA and manufacturing teams to establish PFCs that are proven and tested
