Detailed job description:• Worked as a Team Lead to manage, develop, and implement to reach Project schedule• Involved in Site Coordination activities for better installation works• Attending meetings with Consultant during review of Material submittals and shop drawings• Floating RFQ to procurement to get the material submittals• Coordinating with vendors to provide all inputs and clarifying scope of works while getting the material submittals from vendors• Review and Submission of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Material submittals to Main Contractor as per priority for getting the approvals• Review and submission of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing shop drawings • Preparation of ESP and Pump Head calculations after approval of shop drawings• Raising Purchase Request for BOQ and Non-Boq materials through “SAP” inline with approved material submittals• Raising RFI to consultant to avail the necessary required clarifications• Arranging materials required to start and run the execution works as per the project requirement • Coordinating with planning department to ensure all submittal and execution activities are covered after considering required drawing approvals, manpower, material availability and clearances.

• Review and Comparing the scope of works, inclusions and exclusions of shortlisted HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing vendors Technical bids for their selection.• Review and Submission of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Material submittals received from procurement to consultant as per priority for getting the approvals• Coordinating with a team of Site engineers for smooth progress of the project.• Reviewing the shop drawings before issuing to site to avoid any reworks.• Coordinating with main contractor to provide the required clearances to them after the completion of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works for the execution of false ceiling.• Coordinating with suppliers for getting the required data’s for submission of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing material submittals in coordination with the procurement and senior engineer.• Coordinating with document control department to follow up in the submission of Shop drawings, Specifications and Material submittal to consultant.• Arranging the materials required for execution of all Mechanical works• Prioritizing the material and installation inspections for raising the bills through QC department • Completing all pending works for proper handing over of the projects

• Preparation of Total quantity summary for the HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing materials and forwarding to procurement for getting the quotes for the process of material submittals• Review the HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing shop drawings before starting the execution activities• Preparation and submission of technical submittals of Mechanical materials for approval from consultants in coordination with procurement department.• Coordinating with suppliers for getting the required data’s for submission of material submittals in coordination with the procurement.• Coordinating with a team of Project/site engineers for smooth progress of the project.• Arranging the materials, duct fabrication and welding workshops required for execution of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing works• Coordinating with document control department for proper submission of Shop drawings, Specifications and Material submittal to consultant as per the schedule• Completing all pending works for proper handing over of the projects

• Receiving the Boq and specifications of projects for the University from Senior engineer to start the Material submittal requirements of Mechanical works.• Preparation of schedule for submission of material submittals for the projects.• Preparation and submission of technical submittals of HVAC, Fire fighting and Plumbing materials for approval from consultants.• Preparing the quantity takeoff for any requirements while submitting along with material submittals.• Coordinating with suppliers for getting the required data’s for submission of material submittals along with delivery time required.• Coordinating with procurement at HO before for proper material order while releasing the PO after getting the approval of submittals.• Assisting the site engineers for any clarifications on approved materials and clearance to procurement while ordering of materials.• Preparing the Variation statements for the projects and submitting the same to QS department after approvals of As built drawings for finalization of quantities for raising final invoice.• Submitting the handing over documents for Preliminary handover of commissioned projects as per the requirements.• Coordinating with document control department to follow in the submission of material in the start and O&M manuals after completion for submission and collecting back from consultants and clients.• Submission of Prequalification’s for new suppliers to get approval from clients.

• Receiving the Job Transfer sheet of new projects to start from AVP – Projects to understand the scope of works and requirement to complete the execution of projects.• Preparation and submission of technical submittals for approval to consultants and clients in coordination with Planning Manager• Submission of shop drawings for approval in coordination with PMC’s / Architect / Client / Consultant along with our design department • Preparation of Project schedule and Material Delivery schedule for the projects.• Coordinating with accounts department in getting the Bank guarantees, Preparation of Invoices to submit RA Bills.• Sending the required materials list after getting the required quantities from site engineers that need to be ordered for the projects to the Procurement department• Collecting back the ARE forms / Form I for the SEZ projects from sites after signed by SEZ officer and sending them back to suppliers.• Coordinating with clearing agents and suppliers for any High sea sale agreements• Preparing the Variation statements for the projects and submitting the same to PMC / Clients after approvals of shop drawings for their approval.• Ensuring that Project / Site engineers are following the quality checklist during the projects execution and getting approvals of execution works through raising inspections from consultants.• Clearing the invoices of suppliers and Contractors• Submitting the invoices in time to PMC’s after getting their signs in the measurements and following up of payments after submission.• Submitting the handing over documents to clients as well as to the service department• Involved in the preparation of variation quantities occur due to change in design drawings.• Preparation of Weekly reports of all the projects and sending to the seniors• Responsible to arrange the required tools and materials at site required to complete the execution of works.

• Collecting the tender drawings and tender BOQ from Construction Manager• Preparation of quantities boqwise as per tender drawings and re preparation of quantities after getting the IFC drawings.• Comparing the tender and IFC drawing quantities and submitting to quantity surveyor so as to get the approvals of variation quantities from Clients.• Again after approval of shop drawings, preparing the comparison statement between shop drawing and IFC drawing and getting the approvals from clients.• Execution of HVAC systems, supervision and monitoring.• Coordinating with other services and communication.• Arranging for the preparation of bid summary as per the quantity takeoff.• Assisting the technical engineer in the preparation of material submittals.• Preparation of material purchase requisitions with delivery schedule as per the approved material submittals of the project.• Review of builders work drawings for the required wall and slab openings.• Review shop drawings prior to execution and reviewing other services drawings to avoid clashes with other services.• Raising of Request for Information (RFI) for the issues need to be cleared by clients and consultants and following up of the same to get the replies.• Coordinating with main contractors to give the required clearances to them after completion of HVAC works whichever is priority to them to execute false ceiling works.• Preparation of site progress reports, weekly and monthly reports.• Arranging materials required for execution.• Arranging workshops required for fabrication works.• Raising of Inspection request and submitting to QC engineer.• Getting the approvals of raised inspections in coordination with the QC engineer.

• In execution of HVAC systems such as AHU’S, pumps and FCU’S.• Supervision of erection of ducts and CHW pipes.• Quantity and Material takeoff such as sheet requirement and accessories.• Coordinating with other services.• Maintaining delivery challan’s and attaching the same while raising the bill.• Attending the snag list for handing over.
