My 5 years experience in this firm has taught me many things. I teach employees of different companies Including newly hired on job trainees. I choose and make curriculum for ESP(English for specific purpose) learning material for each group. I worked as a teacher's trainer for 1 year and as a recruiter where I hired new teachers for my Institute and trained them as per our requirement. I have conducted many intensive courses inside the companies and institutes. I teach different age groups but mainly I dealt with Adults learner.
