• To manage the operation of the Quality Control on sites by implementing Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements• Closely coordinate with the construction counterparts to ensure that the construction teams are complying with the project quality codes and standards. • Evaluation of Suppliers/Sub-contractor’s Quality systems. • Reviews Contractor Material submittals, Method statement, Technical and Document submittal prior to Submittal and review contract/Shop drawings for the QA/QC Requirement. • Devise sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data Interface and arrange the necessary audits to check that all sub-contractors activities comply with quality assurance plan at site. • Coordinate and monitor the Quality assurance system on day to day basis to ensure that the requirements of project quality plan are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the contract. • Verify inspection and testing activities are being carried out as detailed in the submitted project quality plan. • Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence of conformity to requirements and of the effective operation of the Quality management system. • Check if all works have been undertaken/carried out as per specification and relevant standards. • Review documents submitted as to completeness of parameters recorded, tests conducted and compares result to required standards. • Communicate with the Construction manager on quality matters, adverse to the achievement of specific project objective • Familiar in QAQC Procedure, inspection and Testing requirement of Concrete and other materials. In respect with the requirement of Standard such as ACI, ASTM or British standard

• Planning and executing the site works for the project. Ensuring that the quality works are executed on the project and also implemented by the Subcontractors. • Coordinating with the Consultant to ensure tests & inspection of work are carried out as stated in the specification and insuring sign off of the relevant tests & certificates. • Coordinate, review and acceptance of contractors quality records and certification and ensure that they provide evidence of technical integrity. • Participating & assisting in the compilation of defect list item, corrective and preventive actions and their follow up until close out. • Participating & assisting in the development of pre commissioning procedure & documentation control aspect / evidence of implementation records. • Monitor and ensure maintenance of project quality standard during design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and initial operations of the facilities and to actively engage in work management
