Working across the organisation to embed more accessible and community engaged processes into the annual Midsumma Festival, as well as managing and delivering Midsumma Pathways, a year-round mentorship and career development program for queer artists with disability.

The Rawcus Ensemble is a long-term collaborative ensemble with diverse minds, bodies and imaginations. The ensemble is deeply engaged in creative process and inclusive practise.I have been a performer in the Rawcus Ensemble since 2016.

Through a strong vision for programming and partnerships, I have developed and delivered Rawcus Public Programming to be in line with company values including best practice inclusion, diverse programming involving a broad range of audiences, artists and communities and flexible models of project delivery.

For 6 years I managed and creatively produced The Playground Project, a community engagement project working with the children, young people and families living at the Horace Petty Estate. This project was delivered in partnership with Stonnington Youth Services.
