Midsumma is Asia Pacific's largest and premier queer arts and cultural organisation, bringing together a diverse mix of LGBTQIA+ artists, performers, communities and audiences.We directly support artists from across the communities to develop their creative practice, facilitate opportunity to gather and learn and advocate for LGBTQIA+ artists and the broader community.I work directly with partners from the corporate space as well as all level of government to develop shared value partnerships with impact - in a fragile political space.

Reporting to the CEO and Board, I sit on the Executive Team with a team of 25 in the organisation and 5 direct reportsSteward the strategy and day to day stewardship of sponsors including Coles, Saputo Dairy Australia, gorman, Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, General Mills, Mirvac and AstraZenecaWork with internal and external stakeholders including, the Board, partners, agencies and local, state and commonwealth governmentsLead communication team, covering digital, media, print collateral and events all of which have experienced significant growthManage fundraising across all income pillars including campaigns, appeals and regular givingManaged Projects team from July 2019 to December 2020, until funding was acquired to reallocate resourcing
