At INNO8 GB Ltd. I oversee customer service, monitoring the work volume and assigning the work load evenly amongst the customer service staff. All the customer service staff have been trained by myself. I ensure all our German selling platforms are healthy are running at there best as to pull in a high volume of customers to our product. Currently I am overworking all our customer service procedures as to ensure all our staff are handling within these and to make it easy for staff to check there process if they are in doubt.My aim is to ensure all our customers receive excellent customer service so that they go away with a positive thinking of INNOV8 and will be returning customers.
