Hello! I’m Harriet, over the past 11 years, I have been in Marketing roles that have looked at social media, digital marketing, product campaigns, events, and multi-channel strategy. My journey so far has taken me from a young Marketing Assistant to an Omnichannel Marketing Manager, where I've grown in fast-paced and dynamic environments.I’ve led projects in everything from digital marketing and SEO to content strategy and lead generation. I love getting hands-on and creative, but also making strategic decisions based on analytics and reporting. As Omni-Channel Marketing Manager at Duplo, my current passion is in customer-facing Marketing, I work to analyse and report on brand perception and positioning against customer demands and market trends to strategise our tone of voice, craft strong messaging and decide key tactics - coordinating all marketing activities to align with the overall strategy is my main responsibility!Outside of work, I am enjoying being a dog mum, campervan enthusiast, and proud restorer of a retired 1960s police boat. I’m always up for a new challenge, whether it’s managing the next 12 month’s marketing calendar or embarking on the next outdoor adventure.
