My responsibilities include:• Identify and manage at risk situations. Demonstrate proactive, innovative and creative solution with a sense of urgency.• Drive toward optimal plan design and client self sufficiency which may include utilization of products, services (On-line Enrollment, email capture, etc.) and client tools.• Responsible for client retention and growing our existing plans.• Provide plan consultation on overall plan design such as; Transamerica’s product and services offerings, plan administration and investments.• Identify and establish open lines of communication with Advisors and Key Decision Makers to build a partnership based on trust and loyalty.• Lead effective/strategic client meetings either face to face or via conference call on a regular basis.
