Cassette is a creative communications agency with strategy at the heart of everything they do. I held the position of Senior Account Manager in the Creative Accounts team. My role was primarily managing the creation and strategic roll out of branded campaigns for off-the-plan apartment developments across digital, online, PR and print. My key responsibilities included: - Briefing and management of third-party suppliers to develop a suite of creative materials to compliment the brand roll out, including photography, videography and CGIs- Overseeing the design and development of digital materials including multi-page CMS websites, landing pages, EDMs and digital ads- Scoping, estimating and managing marketing campaigns to suit each client’s expectations and budgets- Presentation of creative concepts and creative rationale for branded campaigns- Working very closely with the Art Director and design team to guide the creative process and ensure the final product met the client’s expectations- Building strong collaborative partnerships with clients to become a key part of their team and in turn building the level of business

Graffiti is an experiential and sponsorship activation agency, focused on behaviour change campaigns. My role was a hybrid Senior Account Manager and Senior Producer, overseeing major integrated campaigns comprising of experiential, print, digital, social and radio.My key responsibilities included: - Account management and onsite delivery of a wide range of campaigns including: brand and sponsorship activations, experiential marketing campaigns, award ceremonies, installations, roadshows and media launches- Direct management of an account executive including recruitment, mentoring, appraisals and performance management- A major part of the pitch team to secure the ‘Vanessa’ account - a youth marketing campaign designed to change young people’s attitudes and behaviour towards road safety through activation, social media promotions and influencer programmes- Development of digital and social media extensions including social and mobile apps, interactive technology, virtual reality and augmented reality- Detailed post-campaign reporting, presenting major outcomes to clients against KPIs and communicating key learnings to the internal team

Ear to the Ground are an experiential and production agency specialising in brand activation and music festival production. As part of my role at Ear to the Ground I worked across the brand activation and festival production teams delivering music events across the UK and Austria.My key responsibilities included: - Collaborating with sponsorship managers to deliver brand activations at major music events including Parklife, Warehouse Project and Snowbombing- Management of key headline artists at major events as part of the artist liaison team- Event Producer of an award ceremony hosted by the BBC to celebrate diversity in major TV networks- Devising targeted marketing campaigns to drive applications for a bursary scheme where Umbro awarded £10,000 every 3 months to fund the most innovative creative ideas from the youth of Greater Manchester- Managing the build, promotion and events calendar for a pop-up winter themed bar in the centre of Manchester.
