On top of my content production role, I also assist in managing client relationships and campaigns.

I create content for The Footnotes and The Careers Department platforms. I conceptualise, create and produce content including editorial, video and audio. I produce both branded and original content, working across all elements from pre to post-production and distribution. My responsibilities include managing and sourcing talent, establishing concept and creative vision, conducting interviews, production (this includes videography, audio, writing and research) as well as editing using the Adobe Suite, with a focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop.Clients I have produced content for include Indeed Jobs, University of Technology Sydney and TAFE NSW.

I moved from managing the Padstow centre to the North Ryde centre, managing both of them for a crossover period of 2 weeks.

As well as my marketing responsibilities, I became the manager for the early learning centre in Padstow. These additional responsibilities included staff management, hiring staff, managing the cash flow of the centre, creating a breakeven analysis to be used across the Begin Bright centres, daily administration including bookings, product sales, scheduling classes for the term and stock management.

I managed social media channels and marketing operations for this early-learning centre in Padstow. This involved social media management and content creation, cold calls to childcare centres, schools and local businesses, school visits and flyer drop-offs, and holding stalls at local markets. I also was responsible for creating a marketing plan and budget that was shared across the Begin Bright franchises.

I was responsible for PR activities during the launch of this new medicinal cannabis business. I wrote press releases, created databases of journalists, contacted journalists and managed the social media channels.

Involved assisting the Corporate Communications and Digital teams. I wrote media releases, contacted journalists for stories, wrote for internal and external publications and assisted with Facebook Live and Snapchat content.
