Utilising creativity and passion my work includes developing and managing the HCF brand expression, including strategic implementation of and engagement with HCF’s Brand Value Proposition across all external and internal channels. I strive to continually improve brand awareness and salience in market through multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, bringing the brand to life for members, customers and staff. This role drives business growth and increase member engagement through the execution of key branding initiatives and communications, creative assets, guidelines and tools, and manages the look/feel of the branch network property fitouts.

A champion of content and corporate reporting at HCF, I managed a budget of $3m. I worked to protect and enhance HCF’s brand through a variety of publications, and by advising on tone, content and style. My role involved bringing together a wide range of stakeholders to ensure they are aligned on HCF key messages. I was managing editor of HCF's member magazine Health Agenda, and also developed and managed a range of other print and online communications from annual reports to brochures and other collateral.

This role championed the messages of the Auditor-General and ensured they were well integrated and received in clear and impactful formats.With significant stakeholder engagement at all levels, including the C suite, I worked to develop content ideas to publish across multiple channels, including reports to parliament, annual reports and other communications, including website / intranet, digital media and marketing campaigns.I also worked together with the leadership team and other corporate teams to develop and deliver internal messaging and change management.In 2017 the Audit Office won the 2017 Australasian Reporting Awards Annual Report of the Year - this annual report was one of my key deliverables.

As a member of the leadership team I motivated and led a cross-functional team of ten professionals to drive internal and external communication and marketing strategies and to provide communications and business support advice to the Office Executive and the Auditor-General. Responsible for the communications and administrative business support/facilities portfolio. This included external facing print, digital and social and internal employee and change communications. I provided communications and business support advice to the Office Executive and the Auditor-General. The position was responsible not only for communications, but also the administrative business support / facilities portfolio.

Through effective communication and marketing strategy development and implementation, ensured the key messages of the Auditor-General were well integrated, received in clear and impactful formats. Achieved this through managing a range of communications, including publications, website/intranet, digital media, marketing and brand protection

Contributing to best practice legal practice through up-to-date and high quality professional materials, was responsible for editing and publishing the range of Local Government publications, including managing all aspects of the publishing process across books, loose-leaf services, periodicals, newsletters and digital products.

Through role as publisher contributed to promoting equal access to justice for all members of society who are socially, economically or otherwise disadvantaged. Was responsible for commissioning and publishing the books and reports program. Included author negotiations, contract development, budget development, editing, proofreading, copywriting and product launches.

A legal editor for a range of looseleaf products and managing all related materials through the production cycle, for both online and print. All work was extensively edited, proofread, adhered to house style and produced to strict deadlines.
