Chair Coalition of Asian Students (CAS). Serve as liaison between the Asian student organizations and the Department of Multicultural Affairs. Also serve as liaison between the Asian student community and Baylor University faculty.Organize and coordinate Mosaic Asian Night. Collaborate with the Coalition of Asian Students to host Asian and Pacific American Heritage Month and the annual Asian Heritage Banquet. Advise student organizations on event planning and financing.

Explain concepts to students and help them walk through questions. Use the metacognitive approach to encourage independent learning. Give feedback to faculty on recurring difficulties students have, and work with faculty to spread the word about the tutoring center.
