Serve as the HR Manager for the second largest hospital network in the nation encompassing approximately 85 hospitals, over 300 out-patient facilities with over 125,000 employees. Oversee and manage HR operations for the employee life cycle from background checks to full onboarding, personnel transactions to separations. Responsible for ensuring systems and processes align with compliance requirements to include Joint Commission regulations, EEOC, Department of Labor, and other legal considerations. In addition to managing daily operations, worked with peers to develop strategies and processes for new initiatives including. Responsible for developing, maintaining & implementing all 61 HR polices across entire enterprise. Serve as an HR Partner/Consultant to businesses as part of a start-up HR Consulting company. Assist clients with strategic planning, training and development programs and policy development. Conduct HR operational audits to identify options and project plans to reduce liability and increase HR effectiveness and efficiency.
