Assisted staff directors of the Fund (formerly FFPIR) and related organizations with personnel related issues. Responsibilities included: - working with staff directors to ensure they were conducting regular evaluations with their staff so that their staff could improve and be given more responsibility, - ensuring staff policies and benefits were.

Worked with each of more than two dozen state PIRGs on their internal administration including: - budget creation and monitoring, - maintaining financial systems (primarily using QuickBooks), - corporate record keeping, and - the filing of appropriate tax and corporation reports.
