This included assuming management of an operational empty container terminal while completing a roughly 1 million NZD remediation of its paving system.The development of new technologies, including gaining a patent for a solar-powered containerizedlighting/digital mesh system to replace fixed lighting poles. This also included large-scale businessanalyst activities, including procurement RFP design and the subsequent negotiations for vendorssuch as communication providers (circa 1 million NZD), IT Infrastructure as a Service vendors (circa$500,000 NZD), and civil contractors while continuing to enhance operational efficiency andinfrastructure development. Also negotiated a grant from the New Zealand government to procureNew Zealand’s first electric container heavy vehicle ($300,000 NZD).
