In my role at Environmental Climate Systems Limited, as a Project Engineer I developed many skills:Ventilation and linework drawing take offs and compilation of cost make-un sheets in MS excelventilation design calculations, system sizing and AutoCAD drawings. Pipework design calculations, system sizing and AutoCAD layout and schematic drawings. Above ground drainage design calculations, system sizing and AutoCAD layout and schematic drawings. Various AutoCAD drawings including mezzanine floor, staircases, and balustrades to construction level detail. Managing a small team of fabricators to produce kingspan koolduct ductwork, grilles and plenum boxes to be used on various live projects. Bespoke graphic design to be used both on company website and for marketing purposes. Redevelopment or company website including new bespoke animated graphics. In my role at Domino's, as a Delivery Driver (March 2020 to August 2020) following the abrupt finish to 6th Form due to the Covid pandemic I learnt a lot about customer service from speaking with other colleagues and customers alike. During this part time role at The Barn at Studley, as a Customer Service Assistant (2017 to 2019) the key reauirements were:Customer service - The Barn has many loyal customers. So customer service was keyHelping customers with their queries & taking payments. Offloading deliveries, replenishing stock levels, display/window dressing and deliveries. My Other Work-Related Achievements:Early Adopter of various social media platforms with many achievements:Youtube channel during GCESs grown to 12,000 subscribers.Educational TikTok channel grown to almost 600,000 followers and another to 80,000. Music Instagram grown to 250,000 followers in a year and a parallel Facebook page to almost 50,000. Working with other small businesses graphic designing and managing their social media and one of the highest achievements in this was growing a TikTok to 100,000 in three months for a client.I also started a record label from my social media achievements which has helped me learn a lot about running a business, dealing with customers and other companies professionally, the importance of legal documents, motivation and hard work, how to market a product or service and how to give honest feedback to people although it may sometimes be difficult.
