🎯 The RoleI was brought in as Senior Producer at Philips after the acquisition of Health & Parenting, playing a pivotal role in integrating Pregnancy+ and Baby+ into Philips' digital parenting platform.• Owned the entire Pregnancy+ product roadmap, aligned it with our strategic goals and facilitated communication across all teams and stakeholders, including leadership, design, development, and compliance.• Led a major redesign of the Pregnancy+ app, that notably introduced the innovative 3D baby feature, setting a new standard in the digital parenting space.• Implemented GDPR compliance, which was a significant challenge, requiring quick adaptation and close collaboration with Philips' central teams.🤔 My Reflections• My efforts ensured a smooth transition for Pregnancy+ into Philips' corporate structure and laid a solid foundation for its continued growth and success.• This work was instrumental in adapting to a dynamic regulatory environment and maintaining the app's leading position in the market.

As Executive Manager, I played a key role in scaling Testology Ltd's operations and client base, driving a 200% increase in business size and significantly expanding our daily tester team from 30 to over 100. My strategic input and hands-on management fostered the establishment of hundreds of client relationships worldwide, enhancing the company's industry reputation and service excellence. My leadership not only helped propel business growth but also refined internal testing methodologies in response to technological advancements in mobile apps and browser-based product experiences, ensuring continued service quality and innovation.

Overseeing multi-platform/multi-industry testing operations, my role as Quality Assurance Manager involved the meticulous management of 30+ projects weekly.
