Hartz Construction builds new single family and town homes across Illinois. I work with each homeowner individually and guide them through the warranty on their home. I work with the homeowner and contractors to resolve any issue with the home covered under their warranty. Seeing opportunity to better the home building process, I inspect the construction at different stages to resolve issues prior. This preventative measure has decreased the amount of reoccurring issues and increased customer satisfaction. Our daily tasks included, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting hvac plumbing electrical and appliances, and team development. I improved the property's inventory management which in turn allowed for precise budgeting and clear monthly financial reports. Each team member including myself must be able to analyze problems and learn new skills to resolve the issue.
