Servicing of Claims x Account Executives Attending to Claims handling from beginning to end. Building Claims Motor own Damage Stolen/ Write offs Obtaining all the correct documentation from clients to ensure a speedy quick settlement of above claims. Capturing of the claims, maintaining a full diary system, ensuring that clients are kept update to date regularly. Maintain spread sheets which controls the amount of claim received to the amount closed etc., for month end branch meeting, liaising with account executives on daily basis, keeping theme informed. Recovery of claims handled by various insurers, but we still keep same on track and advise clients re the status of the recovery. We receive any LOD and submit same to insurer. Once recovery is settled insurers advise us/cheque submitted to us, we then send covering letter to client advising recovery ha now been settled. Repudiation of claims, insurer will advise of possible repudiation, we verify if justifiable and if no cover is available once we are certain, we advise insured and once letter is sent to us we prepare a covering letter and same is sent to insured almost immediately. Control of messages ensuring that messages are returned immediately and emails are attend to almost immediately. Complying with service level agreements – various insurers. Relationship building with insurers. Managing any irregularities with service providers and insurerstraining/monthly meeting with various legal departments, attending site meeting with account executive - clients. assisting with update and amendments policy wording.
