I have worked with each individual artist in career development and made sure they were heading in the direction they want to be going in. Through strategic planning, radio pitching and marketing I was able to take under ground artist Big Dumb Kid from his bedroom to being the 90th most played on Sydney Radio Station FBi. Currently working with up and coming sing/song writer Ethan Griffeth based out of New Haven, CT.

Exceeded monthly targets on average of 126% making our team the winner of 2014 Hollard Insurance Team of The Year. Was able to build strategy to stream line the retention process and improve overall customer experience.

During my time as an Intern at S1 Song America I was able to compiled earning for Billboard Magazine showing that we were the eighth largest music publishing company in United States of America. I was responsible for licensing and contractual correspondence between our artists and relevant organizations such as; The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers and Broadcast Music, Inc. Helped with all administration tasks, including research, answering telephone calls & taking message, data Entry, Ad hoc duties, Filling of all correspondence.
