My role as Duty Manager at Spelthorne Leisure Centre was to provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to the Centre whilst maintaining a high standard of operations throughout all departments. I also undertook the Department of Lifeguarding in which I was responsible for staffing, payroll and Lifeguard interviews/inductions. Furthermore, I was appointed the role of Colleague representative during my time in the Duty Manager position.
