Current• Oversee strategic partnerships with data vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and securing advantageous terms to optimize data-driven decision-making• Manage data partner relationships and communicate the needs of internal stakeholders and technical teams effectively• Act as a pivotal liaison among the Client Success, Development, and Data teams, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communications and outputs that support cross-departmental collaboration• Define and streamline account management processes to ensure Client Success Partners maintain positive relationships and fulfill obligations efficiently• Guide resource planning, interviewing, and onboarding processes across all business units to enhance overall operational efficiency and profitability• Provide expert guidance on platform/SaaS functionality across business units• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for end-user needs during strategic planning, feature prioritization, and user experience definition, aligning with company goals• Spearhead the project management of enterprise client builds and key internal initiatives from start to finish• Facilitate strategic communications with internal and client leadership to align project objectives, report progress, and ensure cohesive decision-making processes across all levels of stakeholder engagement• Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal teams and external partners
