My primary role was to work as a part of the creative design team developing new products, researching new market opportunities, manufacturing processes and exploring key areas to grow the business. I also took on many other duties, being entrusted with total control of many aspects of the company such as dealing with all online and direct dispatch orders, processing returns and customer relations. I was actively involved in all departments and gained a real appreciation of how a business works and how design integrates with it.
