Leading is hardwired into the way I think, from leading my fellow third graders in the greatest game of tag that was ever played to being the student body president at Point Loma Nazarene University, I am someone who is always looking for my next opportunity to lead people to greatness.I am a hardworking individual who is constantly striving to push myself and others to achieve excellence. Passionate in helping others grow, I like to lead by example and use my compelling speech to inspire others to get behind a common goal. My many leadership roles have taught me how to be a great team player but also how to lead in such a way that fosters an environment where work is fun, efficient, and empowering.Being naturally creative and adaptable allows me to solve issues and conflict in a new and effective manner. It helps me foster a work environment that is enjoyable and new.My goal in whatever Job I am doing is: Aim for excellence and bring others there with me.
