Bright Event Management (among other things) produce extraordinary parties for some of the South West's most innovative companies. In 2014 I was PM to a Christmas party for 650+ guests, including:
- The creative development: from initial mood-boards, to sourcing suppliers and onsite delivery, working with the AV team, set carpenters, artists, performers and florist;
- Installation of all onsite services (power, heating, toilets, kitchen) in industrial venues not previously used for events; 
- The Premises Licence application; working with local authorities including the Fire Officer to review existing provisions and put in place new systems where required; and authoring the complete Event Management Plan, containing the Fire & Emergency Evacuation Plan; Traffic Management Plan and all RAMS. 

- In 2016 (in a freelance capacity) I was the Health & Safety Manager, responsible for the security team, fire stewards and medics; and working with the venue to ensure compliance with all licence conditions.

Project Manager to coordinate design, build and live event operation of 2 stands at Goodwood Festival of Speed. As Project Manager in 2012 and 2014, I was responsible for the following aspects:
- The build schedule, managing sub-contractors, services and suppliers; vehicle logistics and delivery;
- Checking supplier drawings and technical specifications, providing feedback and mark-ups; 
- Development and approval of artwork, including production of large format graphics;
- H&S compliance, including production of RAMS, DDA, food hygiene and fire safety;
- Live event stand manager, running the catering facility and team, stand operations and vehicle movements.

Delib (part of Team Rubber) develop software to help government consult citizens on matters of policy, with customers in the UK, Australia & North America. Delib utilise Agile working processes (Kanban & Scrum). My key responsibilities at Delib were:- Review or creation of operational company processes - e.g. internal Information Security guidance, Disaster Recovery policy - and implementing these in both Bristol and Brisbane offices;- Production traffic and release cycles - liaison with the sales team, Account Managers and developers to manage software priorities and studio traffic;- Responsible for G-Cloud submissions and other government framework representation, collating responses to ITTs; - General business operations and high-level administration - such as recruitment, briefing freelancers, cash flow and forecasting, overhaul of customer subscription contract.

Project Management for pre-production, planning and onsite installation of large-scale manufacturer stands at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012.
