During my internship at Shea Properties, I gained hands-on experience in the field of multi-family residential development. My responsibilities included assisting in the planning and execution of various development projects, conducting market research, and analyzing financial data to support project feasibility studies. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones were met on time and within budget. Additionally, I was involved in site visits and inspections, gaining practical insights into the construction process and project management. This internship provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the multi-family housing sector and showed my skills in project coordination, data analysis, and communication.
