My success as an individual contributor earned me a chance to interview for the role of Business Operations Manager at the first company we acquired since Untappd: Oznr. I knew our leadership team needed someone they could trust to lead the integration of Oznr into the Next Glass family. I successful beat out all competition and I was promoted to the Oznr team, primarily to help streamline the sales processes and driving growth at Oznr. Key responsibilities included:- Sales Process Optimization: Developed and implemented efficient sales processes to improve lead conversion rates and overall sales performance.- Product Collaboration: Worked closely with the development team to identify product enhancements and updates based on market trends and customer feedback.- Client Engagement: Conducted product demonstrations, addressed client inquiries, and negotiated contracts to close deals effectively.- Customer Feedback Analysis: Collected and analyzed customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development decisions.

I am responsible for all day-to-day activities in the brewhouse, cellar and production facility including: grain handling, wort production, yeast count, transferring, drying hopping, lab work, filtering, canning, kegging and above all else cleaning! I am also in charge of training all new staff members in our SOPs.

I write multiple screenplays that are currently being shopped to studios. Experimenting in a myriad of genres such as comedy, romance, action adventure, drama, and science fiction. It started after I received the highest awards for my student films at the SUNY Purchase Film School summer sessions.

I have been working with the Laughing Buddha Comedy company doing stand up at various clubs around New York City including the New York Comedy Club, Eastville Comedy Club, and The Stand. I have shared the same stage at comedy legends Dave Attell, Louis C.K., Dave Chapelle, and Chris Rock. What initially started as a testing ground for my comedy screenwriting ideas turned into something more when I experienced a lot of success right away and was invited back by different venues to do headliner shows.

I started and maintain a website that informs local Philadelphia residents of the on going beer events in America's greatest beer drinking city. This requires me to be connected and in contact with distributors, bar owners, bartenders, and craft beer representatives from the area and around the world.

I was hired to work at this start-up funded by a fellow alumnus only a few short months ago. In that time I have helped take the company from seeing a few hundred views a week to more than 50,000 a month and we’re projected to see north of 5 million uniques in only the first year of existence. I am personally in charge all research, writing, marketing, and promoting for all the news worthy stories regarding movies for the site. I also contribute to the television section as well. This requires a diligent work ethic, superior writing experience, SEO expertise, and supreme creativity. The company is two people, including myself, so there is always a lot to do. I welcome the daily challenge working in a field I have a lot of experience in.

Born out of necessity, I was bombarded with phone calls and meetings with local restaurateurs who wanted to bring craft beer into their business and my reputation at the Bistro (see below) led them to me. I manage beer festivals, tap lists, beer dinners, and facilitate conversation between local brewers and local farmers in the Philadelphia area. I educate interested parties on the proper way to serve beer, pair it with food, and store it. Packages are fully customizable - I can be with you every step of the way, or draw out a comprehensive plan for your entire year and not see you for twelve months - whatever the customer wants.

My duties include selecting and organizing local and craft beer acquisitions, beer events, and collaborations with breweries from around the world for specialized beer dinners. I also bartend and manage the bar and side dining room. Duties include stocking all items, upkeep and maintenance, knowledge of all products, assisting the Chefs with successful beverage pairings with meals, making and serving mixed drinks, draft and bottled beer, wine, and soda. When I am not on the floor I help in the kitchen, either cooking directly, or assisting the chef's in food preparation and selection.

Hired primarily as a bartender for day/night cruises around the Long Island Sound, as well as weddings, lobster bakes, corporate parties, and much more on land. I did some food running and food preparation also. Some nights I would be catering for an intimate few, most nights it was more than one hundred. I was also a manager of the waiting staff on occasion on top of head bartender.

When Focus the Nation occurred in February of 2008 Ursinus College had one of the largest gatherings complete with Noble Prize Winning scientists, state Senators and Congressmen, published authors, and flagship educators in the various fields pertaining to Climate Change. I headed the Steering Committee and was charged with making sure the entire week-long even ran smoothly.

Cooked and prepared everything from burgers, hot dogs, and milk shakes, to prime rib, duck, and lamb. I was hired as a cook but depending on the event I served and bartended as was needed. I cooked elegant meals for hundreds of people in the clubhouse - a very fast paced, high stress environment - as well as poolside for upwards of one hundred hungry day campers.
