As I had little business experience at the time, the largest factor contributing to the success of STRIDAStore.com was the ability to work out a drop shipping program with the U.S. distributor. Funding and storing inventory was a challenge as a young individual. Drop shipping provided the flexibility to run the business with minimal overhead or risk.
