Produced live immersive theatre experiences around the US. Contract positions included performing, directing, and composing.

Primary duty was to assist customers in purchasing tickets for shows and concerts held at the theater. Involved answering phones, emails, and assisting walk in customers with whatever they needed. Position also involved setting up and managing patron accounts and dealing with account issues. While in this position, I played a vital role in the transition.
