- Coordinated with 40 federal departments and agencies to develop a matrix of the over 80 roles each organization plays within the U.S. Marine Transportation System (MTS).- Reviewed, analyzed, and redesigned the visual presentation of the CMTS Federal Roles Matrix and collect descriptive statements from each organization in order to create a chart for use across all agencies as a reference guide to the MTS.- Curated a list of over 100 federal, non-federal, and industry mental health and safety resources for use by the CMTS COVID-19 Working Group to help Merchant Mariners with health issues related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

- Assist in creating visualizations regarding all aspects of Virginia politics, including donations, voter turnout, etc., to inform news organizations, government officials, and citizens about the data of the Commonwealth.- Update and maintain a database which includes the following: Elected officials and candidates in Virginia at the local, district, and state levels; Campaign finance reports and donation records; Registered lobbyists in Virginia.

- Attended committee hearings and general session of the Ohio State House of Representatives.- Kept notes for Representative Craig and his Legislative Team to aid in informed decision making.- Worked with Representative Craig to craft platforms and speaking points for use on the floor of the House.- Identified constituent and community achievements for recognition.

- Managed intake and directed constituents to the appropriate caseworker or agency.- Researched and prepared information briefs for Congressman McEachin’s use during his community meetings.- Organized townhalls and other community events to receive input and build constituent relations.
