I assisted in airframe manufacturing for UC Berkeley's first Minimum Diameter (MINDI) rocket. We were a small team of ~20 people who built, tested, integrated and launched a rocket within the semester -- setting new college altitude record of 14,325 feet!

I created a true-scale 3D CAD model of an aircraft and leveraged on Computational Fluid Dynamics to determine the aerodynamic properties of the aircraft. I conducted ~100 numerical analysis tests on Solidworks Flow Simulations to achieve this. With these results, I applied a complex mathematical model to describe the flight behavior of the aircraft over.

Our team of 5 developed a comprehensive Concept of Operations (CONOPs) to guide Stoke's entry into the $2.9B orbital downmass market. We brainstormed hardware ideas and designed prototypes to be implemented on board Stoke's second stage spacecraft, that would allow Stoke to augment its rockets with orbital downmass capabilities.

I performed a competitive analysis on the current technologies to determine if it was economically viable for Stoke to enter the market for orbital.

I was a member of Project CuRIOS, which aims to launch a constellation of ~15 small satellites by 2026 to lead the search for interstellar micro-black holes. I conducted validation tests on the IMX455 CMOS sensor housed in a APX60 camera, which will eventually be incorporated into all satellites.

I leveraged on machine learning techniques to classify various underwater targets (divers, unmanned craft, marine life) from sonar data. I first applied generative adversarial networks to grow my dataset by ~20x, and then tuned various classification algorithms to enhance accuracy, improving the predictive capabilities of sonar by up to 18%.
