Currently working as a purchasing and logistics officer, using my previous experience of the company and its products and applying it to the multiple HVAC subsidiaries. Servicing the requests of salesman and managers across VIC,NSW,SA along with extensive communication with suppliers with purchasing and arranging stock for customers, providing product knowledge to various employees and arranging the logistics for many branches across the parent company!

Moving on into sales I learnt to use Microsoft NAV more extensively, with supreme product and operations knowledge learnt from previous experience in the warehouse, I used this to increase the customer service at clayton branch ultimately helping to break records in sales.

Started off in the warehouse servicing the requests of customers through picking jobs and loading vehicles for delivery. With extensive skills in forklift driving, RF scanner usage I worked to provide a quick service for customers alongside maintaining a neat and tidy warehouse.
