As Customer Success Lead at RapidSpike, I drive the vision and strategy for our Customer Success team, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service and support. In my role as Customer Success Engineer I am the advocate for making sure clients feel valued and are getting the most out of RapidSpike.My responsibilities include:- Onboarding new customers - fully setting up their accounts- Identifying client needs and recommending new features- Creating user journeys using basic coding- Fully managing front line technical support and working closely with the tech team for more complex issues- Implementing new strategies and processes to improve efficiency- Creating new written and video content for the knowledgebase and YouTube channel

Working on multiple campaigns predominantly in the IGaming, Gaming and Tech industries. My work includes finding and building relationships with sites in a variety of countries and markets to fulfil our clients needs (Link-building or otherwise).Alongside this I have edited videos for a number of projects within PR and assisted with the creation and carrying out of campaigns. I have a working knowledge of Semrush, Ahrefs and have increased my skills in Excel.

Assisting in the establishment of the first Peloton UK store outside of London. My role primarily entails creating a high-quality customer experience and introduce them to the values of Peloton. I have trained new employees and have an in-depth knowledge of the products, consumer base, and wider industry. In addition, I have worked in Offices, Businesses and Pop-Up locations to demonstrate the value of the products and how it can be beneficial to their circumstances.

Working in the luxury Retail market at T2 Tea Victoria Gate.Unlike my previous retail jobs, this includes getting to know over 150 products and providing the customer with an experience rather than a sales pitch. Working at T2 is much more than a customer service role as it requires an in-depth knowledge about the Tea from its ingredients, to its origins, to brewing techniques.In August 2019 I was awarded flavour of the month. Advertising the Prime Student brand on campus to encourage students to continue to use Amazon and increase awareness of new products.A product that could be overlooked in the product portfolio of Amazon is prime video which I focussed on. This included developing contacts in various societies and promoting the product to their specific needs through pitches and distributing promotional merchandise provided by Seed Marketing.

Working primarily in the customer services and kiosk department. This involves managing customer queries, complaints, transferring calls and facilitating returns and faulty products. It also requires handling high-value products such as cigarettes and scratch cards as well as run the newly implemented Doddle package delivery service.I have also gained over a years experience in Administration which included working weekly price changes, legal checks and changing promotional signage/marketing.Throughout my employment I have aimed to develop my skills in a variety of areas and departments. This includes six months experience working in the cafe (as well as acquiring my level three food hygiene certification), and casual overtime in Checkouts, Petrol Station, Trolleys, Cake Shop and on the shop floor.
