With over 20yrs of IT, law enforcement and Retail experience I can manage both the operational and merchandising aspects of a retail location with a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction. I am a Pearson-Vue, Lifetime Certified Wireless Technology Specialist backed by a degree in information technology from Florida's, Hernando-Pasco state college. As a former police reserve Patrol Sergeant, I had the opportunity to manage Law enforcement personnel on medium scale operations (10-30 officers) and acted as a community/law enforcement project manager for some of the city’s special events such as carnivals and the state fair. In my military experiences I have overseen and was responsible for, anywhere from 10-120 soldiers at any given time giving me experience in time, project, and personnel management. I have publicly spoken in large and small venues allowing me the experience of public and corporate presentation. My personal work ethic, technological adaptability, team building skills and desire to cultivate teams to succeed are personal traits that I believe are a great fit for any company, but there is so much more I have to offer.
