Harry Hart is an entrepreneurial investor in real estate and real estate related businesses, with over 30 years experience of direct investing, property development, asset management, institutional funds management, financing and operations. He is the Managing Partner of Melford, a value-oriented, disciplined, private equity real estate investment-management business, headquartered in Guernsey and focused on turnarounds, developments and special situations investing in UK real estate; in either standalone assets or by developing scalable real estate related franchises. Between 2011 and 2017, Harry was also a Crown appointed Church Commissioner, a Trustee of the body responsible for the management of the Church of England's investment portfolio largely held in property and shares derived from its historic resources. As a Commissioner, he served on the main board, on the Assets Committee (the body charged with formulating and executing the Commissioners Investment Strategy), and on the Property Sub-Committee.
