Currently, I serve as CEO of AHC Limited and Co-CEO of AHH Group Limited, where we develop and construct socially impactful residential communities. My leadership journey includes roles as CEO of RBC Investor & Treasury Services and RBC Capital Markets, where I established and grew several highly profitable global business lines.In addition to my executive roles, I am the Chairman of Northern Bear Plc, a UK-listed building services company, and a guest lecturer at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. I am also a member of the Advisory Board for The Inclusion Initiative at the London School of Economics, demonstrating my commitment to diversity and inclusion.I apply the same energy and dedication to my personal interests, having completed thirteen consecutive London Marathons for The Children’s Trust and ascending Mont Blanc three times. I also founded the RBC Academy, offering training, scholarships, and internships to inner-London students. Since 2020, I have been a volunteer with FiSH, supporting the elderly in my local community.
