As a sales & marketing consultant in B2B software, I helped organisations to keep up with their consumers.As a solutions consultant, I worked with prospects and customers to develop a detailed understanding of their businesses and intelligently apply Content Guru's cloud communications technology to meet key strategic objectives, such as customer service improvement and cost reduction. I consulted with organisations in a range of sectors, from financial services and outsourcing to local government and emergency services.In addition, I supported key partners such as Vodafone, KPN and Northgate in their campaigns and sales engagements, helping them and their customers derive maximum value from Content Guru's platforms. My role also encompassed a range of marketing activities, including:- Leading the Content Guru marketing team- Driving marketing campaigns and lead generation- Organising PR and analyst relations- Developing case studies- Implementing Salesforce.com CRM.
