Harry Jackson is the visionary architect and CEO of 360 Human Services. Hailing from Compton, California, Harry's childhood experiences of witnessing the struggles of impoverished people and moving around frequently inspired him to address the lack of access to quality services in underserved communities.Growing up in a family of four boys and four girls, Harry's brother struggled with behavioral issues from a young age. When his brother was diagnosed with a condition that led to a clinician recommending medication, Harry's parents were faced with a difficult choice. Despite their reservations, they agreed to the treatment for fear of being accused of child abuse. However, the medications significantly impacted his brother's personality and well-being.A year later, Harry's brother's behavioral issues escalated, culminating in an incident involving matches that left Harry with third-degree burns. His brother was placed in a mental institution, and his parents faced the heart-wrenching decision to either send him away or risk having all their children removed from the home. This experience profoundly shaped Harry's perspective on behavioral health services and ignited his passion for providing quality services to underserved communities.Jackson Family Human Services is dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to families in need, particularly those in rural and inner-city underserved communities. Harry's goal is to help children with behavioral issues achieve their full potential and lead happy, healthy lives. He believes that all children deserve access to the best possible care, irrespective of their background or circumstances.Through his work, Harry aspires to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in need and create a more equitable and just society for all. His life goal is to ensure that families of all races, religions, and economic statuses have access to high-quality services, ultimately making the world a better place because he was here.
